Go back to wrapping long lines on public-inbox
With 'fit-max-width: content', long lines caused divs to take the
whole screen width.
* Set a fixed width "au doigt mouillé" to give hard-wrapped messages
space to breathe,
* Restore the default pre-wrap behavior to make long lines readable.
