Use "intangible UI" face for git-blame headers
FTR: found an uncommitted ':height reset' kludge here too; IIRC that
addressed jank with varying heights in outline buffers, but I cannot
reproduce nowadays.
Possibly addressed upstream with magit/magit#5233? Tentatively
dropping the kludge.
